I've just finish my EC II assignment on media presentation...Fuhh!!...What a relieve ~~

Hey!! It's not that I purposely started doing it at the very last minute( * yes.. it's due tomorrow)

It's just that , this is a group assignment so everyone have to be apart of it somehow.

In order for that, we need to hold a discussion but since everyone is busy , we just manage to discuss it on the phone. We did meet up to search for the articles and then we all brilliantly analyse our own articles to extract the point needed. 

My Group will be doing Media presentation on

"Discourse Theory in Second Language Acquisition (SLA)"

I'd just come out with the idea today based on the points given by my group mates. Previously, we'd plan to do on SLA alone but it's okay... now, our presentation should be more focus .

By the way, Do you know what discourse means? 

According to MACMILLAN English Dictionary For Advance Learners, in linguistic terminology, it can be defined as written or spoken language.

Everyone have their own way of life...

have their own perspective of how they perceive life and everything that comes with it. 

Someone might say you are to emotional but at the same time another significant others would say that you are hard and that your heart is made up of stone... 

Then, you'll ask yourself.... Really??!! >,<

But the truth is no one really know what is inside of you except for yourself. 

Anyway, today I'm not going to talk about what other people's views on you, also not about that simple little thing that made it big called feelings but I just want to say a little something about the way of life. 

Just forget about what other people's way of life are and let's focused on you... Yes!! You...

spoof that insignificant others elsewhere for a while and let's just chill and think of 

what is your current way of life? 

Is it fulfilling? 

Is it satisfying? 

Have it brought much more happiness or the other way around?

Is this the life you want to lead for the rest of your life?

 If the answer is YES, then what will you do to maintain it ?

 If the answer is NO then, what will you do to improve it?

Have you heard of ETP? Economic Transformation Proggrame( ETP) is actually an example or you can say an analogical that brings together the fact that MIT (Middle Income Trap) and GER (Growth Economic Rate) are not actually growing side by side. **

Owh, I know this is very confusing... In a simpler words....What i was trying to say was that, the middle class workers if they never improve their monthly income salary, they wouldn't survive with the current economic growth rate  that will eventually turn them from middle class to poverty stricken people. This is because, their salary will stay the same while the price of daily expenses is increasing as we speak.

Economic is the least of my interest here...I just want you to see it in a bigger scope ,. That's all...

That was just an induction. I am more to how you improve yourself to be better individuals rather than staying the same and maintaining your current situation. Why don't you set sailed through the vast open sea instead of harboring to an island ... It's a sea of opportunity out there, why don't u grasp it while you still can. This is a message for you and me , for friends and foes , for young and Old, For Big and small......

* PS:This is my way of saying life is not what's in your life but what give you purposes in life whether your friends, or any insignificant others. After all, it's your life....Live your Life to the fullest!

Assalamualaikum.... Good Evening all of you~

Today's topic is on human or should I say humane... or maybe neither of it.. * just teasing
Have you notice how people always very critical when it comes to judging other people's act and attitude or even other people's writing...hemmm... and then the people who were being judge will result to give away themselves and follow what other people think is right . In the end , the person will actually gain nothing but lose one truly important aspect of themselves which is their thoughts.

Darn it!!... I am a TESL ian so I am supposed to have super good .. nope .. I mean super excellent English speaking skill and writing skill to the least. My Grammar should be at the highest level by now.

to even called myself a TESL students with this broken English of mine,

 with this poor speaking skill,

with my one page English essay assignment, 

with my low level of grammar, **just look at this post for instance 

and possessing minimum amount of vocabulary...

I should retain myself from ever speaking in English with anyone whatsoever so that 

they wouldn't know that my English actually sucks.Will it work??

Our Motion Today is...............

I haven't had the time to post any entries in my blog recently. 

Though I could find some time but I was so tired with everything going around here.

 Nevertheless, I'm here right now aren't I ?? so ,

let start cooking ..erm.. I mean writing!!..**erk, lame** ;-p

Well, Last night I went for the first weekly English debate training which had took place at around 8 o'clock to about 10 p.m.  We all senior debaters met our juniors who seemed so eager to get started with debate training. It was fun. Those juniors seemed to be very fluent in their speaking skill. I was amazed by their amazing enthusiasm and spirit.Our super senior debaters , Sanjay and Thilaga was awesome. I wish I could be like them someday. They facilitate last night training with extensive and mind blowing critical thinking skill. Why not??, they are among our excellent super senior english debaters ... I love them.. In fact, I love My UPSI English Debate Family... Brothers and sisters .. lets make UPSI proud!!

                   After the training session, we went to celebrate Sanjay's Birthday. Happy Birthday ,Sanjay. From the bottom of our heart, We all love U and hope You'll continue to guide us in the future. 

It was big and I enjoy every second of it.

**Here and There**

#A fortnight ago, UPSI English Debate Club had organized a debate workshop specially conducted in the effort of introducing the English debate and attract new freshies to enrolled in the Club and being part of the family. We had to facilitate almost 60 students. It was fun and entertaining especially the Mock Debate put together by our senior debaters. They were going by the motion , THBT man makes better leader than woman. It wasn't fully a real debate format, just a simple motion with a simple rebuttal just to introduce the students and to attract them ... so, its not a serious debate and we were laughing all the way through. But hence that is the objective which is to let our juniors know that debate isn't as hard they thought.So, there's no need to be aggressive just yet. ;-)

 They need to try and find out for themselves if they ever interested to join us.
